Would rate them 0 if that option was possible. Extremely rude staff. Woman who did my eyebrows kept shouting at me the entire time. Didn't know a word of English so very difficult to communicate. Avoid this! Disgraceful how they treat customers.

They always do an amazing job on my eyebrows, also i have sensitive skin and anytime I have a wax I have no burns or cuts just a nice smooth finish !

Had a neck, back and shoulder massage booked. The therapist could hardly understand or speak English, the room itself wasn't very well presented. I had a blanket put on me not a towel so not sure how clean it was. The towels on the bed didn't look very clean, but lucky there was a white paper towel put on top then the therapist must have had a a cold because she kept sniffing and coughing over me which wasn't very pleasant. The massage itself was ok but quite inconsistent. In summary this place needs a bit of tlc and more professional staff.

I attended here for Russian lashes prices at £65 he gentleman wa very polite the ladies not so......I sat down they took ages then starting applying to one eye then handed me a mirror; in my life I have never seen lashes quite like it they were glued half way up my natural lash I said to the lady this isn't right I cannot walk out of here with those, she responded rudely with do u want them removed I said absolutely after sat there already for 45 minutes. Then 3 ladies were there pouring the removal solution on my eye my eye felt like it was in fire I was nearly in tears it burnt me do much so that it was still sure 2 days later there was not one apology they handed me a mini mascara wand to try and brush out the glue and lashes then snatched it back off me as I was leaving and there it back in the drawe; I asked if she was really going to use that on the next customer and she just smirked at me and slammed the drawer. Nail guy looked like he knew what he was doing but then ladies were unbelievably the worst and rudest humans I have ever come across. Do not trust these a real traditional bodge job beauticians
