Decided to treat myself for Christmas and get a gel pedi/mani paid £80 which is a lot especially as I’m on maternity leave. One toe gel peeled clean off the same night after a shower I returned the next day and they repainted it then two days later two nails peeled completely off my hands. I rang and explained to one staff member who said I could come back that day to have it fixed I explained I was out of the area so she agreed that I would come back two days later and booked me in for 11am I arrived and was told that they were too busy and I would have to come back in an hour. I live 35-40mins away and had planned my baby’s schedule around this time. Complete waste of money the older lady who seems to be in charge was rude but the young girls carrying out the treatments were nice. Not only did I waste £80 on nails that didn’t last 4 days but I had to travel twice costing me parking and petrol for not even an apology from the “manager”  Go if you want to feel like you are on a conveyor belt. No attention to customer service at all. Seems like most people go for the brow threading/tinting. But don’t bother getting your nails done the paint has clearly gone off or not cured correctly  for 3 nails to peel off within 3 daysService:&nbsp;Pedicure

Please don’t go here for individual eyelash extensions. They are the worse quality and the application is very poor. Mine fell out the next day one by one didn’t last for my holiday! And noticed some was stuck to my skin and caused discomfort.  They didn’t offer me a refund and tried saying they didn’t last because of my aftercare. I have been getting eyelash extensions for 10 years and experienced with it  I only went there as my lash lady was fully booked.  Waste of £55, which could of gone to charity. Save your money, go to someone who’s actually a qualified lash tech x

I had a Hollywood wax followed by shellac pedicure with Fatima. She reassured me and made me feel relaxed from start to finish. Will definitely come back again!!Service:&nbsp;Body waxing

Worst wax Iv ever had! I book for a Brazilian , Iv been getting waxed for over 10 years and never had a wax so painful! It was if it was this women's first time ever waxing someone!? I don't think she let the wax dry enough so when she went to rip it off half the wax was still one me! So then she had to try and painful pick off the tiny bits of wax left on! The wax was also way to hot and burnt me! I left covered in bruises and tearing at the eyes! The room was dark and dingey and not very clean. And they had the cheek to charge me £40 for the service! Which is the price of a Hollywood! I had a Brazilian with hair left on top! Also had alot of patch's which she missed so had to go home and shave! Horrendous experience! Never again!

First time using Calista Beauty  and am out of words . The treatment I received by GURJIT was lash extension, eyebrow waxing and HD eye brow treatment. The service I received was amazing and it felt like I had known GURJIT before, all the staff chatted like we are friends, they are all so friendly one staff even gave me her apple  .All  are very caring,  thoughtful and really took pride in their work.
