Was absolutely amazing. Very good quality place with good equality equipment. I booked in about laser hair removal not knowing what to expect and a lady called Tia really took the time to explain everything, put me at ease and make me comfortable through the entire process. After years of suffering from folliculitis, razor burns, bumps and trying every type of remedy with no luck. I booked a consultation with ‘Skin Mod Clinic’ that was well informed and reassuring. I started my laser hair removal treatment on my scalp December 2021 and i am currently still in the process. After my 3rd session my folliculitis had completely disappeared and i couldn’t be happier. I went from shaving every day to only shaving once every fortnight and i haven’t even finished the full treatment yet

I have had various treatments over the past year with Skin Mod and I have nothing but respect for the staff.  The staff have an in depth knowledge of their trade, they take time and effort to explain procedures. The Dr is amazing and is a credit to the team. They do not try to talk you into procedures you do not need and your health is of the utmost importance to them.  This has also been the opinion of other customers that I have met at the clinic.  Each staff member welcomes you with a smile, is polite and well mannered. Contrary to any previous reviews, the beautiful young lady with the coloured eyes is gentle and soft spoken with a ready smile, I cannot agree with any negative review about Skin Mod staff.

By far the most amazing clinic around. I have had many sessions of laser before coming to Skin Mod and have not seen much of a change in the hair growth. The girls are very knowledgable and have made me feel so comfortable. I am extremely pleased so far with my results and already feel so much more confident. I would definitely recommend Skin Mod to anyone looking for a honest and reliable clinic.
