First time at this Salon. I’m always very nervous about my haircuts but Chad was very friendly, helpful and reassured me about what he could do to make my hair flow just right! The curly blow dry was an unexpected and delightful new experience that left my hair beautifully bouncy. Thank you, I’ve had a great cut and enjoyed my experience at the salon. A truly unique salon in the heart of city Birmingham. From the minute that you walk into the minute that you leave you’re not on the conveyor belt but you’re actually being seen and heard. My hairstylist was so gentle and considerate of what I wanted. No yanking of the hair no pulling when trying with the brush! Very friendly and informal atmosphere. Great stylist, he was very friendly, helpful and attentive, providing ideas for style depending on my wants. He shaped my hair and advised me to choose a very nice, natural color that compliments my face. I am very happy with the end result! Overall, the experience was excellent!
I've been going to urban roots for a couple of years now. I was initially very reluctant to change hairdresser but ended up having the best haircut. Wesley is an absolute star and always makes any treatment fun even when I have to spend hours for my long, thick hair! Very professional- would highly recommendServices: Blowouts

I have only recently started using this hairdressers however it is safe to say I'll be making this my regular. They are very customer focused, putting effort into making sure you are comfortable and satisfied not to mention the fantastic results when I look in the mirror at the end.

Bros Chad and Wez are The Biz! I’m so pleased I chanced upon their salon in the search for someone to look after my hair after my super stylist of many years standing retired she was formerly Creative Designer at Vidal Sassoon Academy, so I’m used to a high standard!. So skilled are the Bros that I’ve been to both and never been disappointed with the result. And they’re excellent at giving insider tips on how to maintain your style between cuts. I was also more than delighted last year with the standard of service delivered by Stylist Iesha on my first visit to the salon. So, I’m now an ‘older’ gal who always get complimented on her ‘look’.
