The staff are lovely but sadly my hair suffered! My hair was long and thick, I asked for an under colour, it looked amazing however a week later my hair started to snap and literally shed off. I don't know if it was the bleach product or the dye but whatever it was forced me to cut my hair up to my shoulders! Unfortunately I would never allow this Salon near my hair again!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I literally walked in today with my daughters, who both needed a hair cut and Sadaf managed to squeeze them both in before her next appointments. She is so lovely, friendly and chatty and the girls felt really at ease. Sadaf done an amazing job with their hair, gave my younger daughter a cute curtain fringe and my older daughter some soft feathers to frame her face. My daughters have been soo happy ever since, and couldn't wait to show their cousins. The salon is lovely and I love the little floral wall they have. I would recommend Sadaf to anyone, and will definitely telling my family to go there.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

First time I had been to Salon HQ I had an amazing experience I had my hair cut and dye, a patch test was done a day before. The atmosphere and the service was amazing. Had my haircut for the first time at Salon HQ and wow, Sadaf restyled my hair exactly like the picture I had shown her.  Salon was nice and clean and Sadaf is lovely too. Trusted her to add a few more touches to my hair and I can't stop looking at how amazing it looks.had so many complimentary on it. Will defcome back here.

YesI did.Went in to have a haircut & eyebrows done..She refused to serve me..I even said can y do my eyebrows which take 10 mins but no i’m busy how rude..Not going in there again…

I got my haircut at salon HQ for the first time. The reviews were great, 4.8 so I decided to go here. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, not tense how it is in some salons. The lady who cut my hair was Humera and she was very friendly. She told me tips on what oils to use in my hair to make it thicker etc. This place is great for anyone who wears a scarf because the window is blurred out- it feels warm, cosy and comfortable. I got my haircut for 15 pounds and i am 13 years old so i think its a great price. They did an amazing job and my hair looks lovely. The staff were really kind and friendly and did it exactly how i wanted it, trimmed short and put feathered layers in just a few minutes. They were experienced and worked fast. The salon was spotlessly clean and so was the equipment. 1. fast, high quality haircut 2. affordable price 2. clean salon 3. friendly staff The salon had a great atmosphere. Sadaf was amazing at doing my hair, it's never looked so good, I had a haircut with long layers and a fringe and curls. She was bubbly, funny, very welcoming, friendly and professional. The atmosphere at the salon was positive and cheerful. She recommended tips on how to prevent hair thinning. I'd definitely go again. Think I've found my new favourite hair salon.
