It’s very important to mention the level of professionalism and respect this salon has. I called in last minute and they went above and beyond to find a spot for me. Smey the hairstylist and Mel the owner/hairstylist did magic. I went from having a mop to having the most gorgeous hair I have ever had. Not to mention how they stayed open late to accommodate the extensive job my hair put them through. Thank you Smey for delivering exactly what I’ve asked for , thank you Mel for being there to support us and give us the best advice to tackle the crazy hair I had. My hair turned out perfect and I can’t say enough good things about this salon. If you’re looking for a good salon, look no further. Book your appointment now. Trust me, you won’t regret it. If you need someone you can trust and someone who will treat you with the utmost respect, Smey is your girl. Hush hair boutique is hands down the best hair salon in St.thomas.
Very disappointed. She was cutting my hair for 1h 20 min and run out of time to wash it and style it I don't even mind this part. Never showed me how it looks from the back. I was in hurry and didn't ask. When I got home and looked at the back - more than horrible. Very uneven with strands from underneath pocking on odd places. The back is angled, but top layer has 2 inches shorter part in the middle where bottom chopped up strands show. I will be calling salons tomorrow morning trying to have someone to fix it before I have to go to work on Monday. No idea how this place has such great reviews.
I absolutely love this place. Mel is the best of the best. The most professional and caring hair stylist I have ever been to. No one else is ever allowed to touch my hair from now on. Just amazing service and care. Thank you Mel I love my hair and love coming to the salon to see you.
Today was my first service here, I had a haircut with Melanie which was Awesome. Emily gave me my blowout after, and she did an amazing job. My curls were perfect!

I went in to get my hair cut and fixed after a at home hair chop, and I was blown away with the service I received. Taylor was my hairstylist and had two apprentices with her Becky and Klara. Taylor asked if I was comfortable with her two apprentices working on my hair, which I said absolutely. They did amazing work. All three of them were so kind and professional and I am so happy with how my hair turned out.
Melanie is fantastic she really knows her stuff when it comes to colouring and cutting your hair. If you want an expert to do your hair, I would highly recommend Melanie.‍
Don’t get curtain bangs/long layers here. I asked for the first photo, and got uneven bangs with a long piece in the middle? The sides are too short to do the curtain-y part, so now I need to wait for them all to grow out. She asked how long I want them, I said the very middle eyebrow then the sides long and mimed middle of eye /lower as it goes down. Then she cut straight across at eyebrow height and left long pieces hanging down. Added bonus from left to right side the long bits are totally different lengths. I asked her to style just the bangs because the flat line across my forehead was looking like lord farquad, she told me she doesn’t really know how to style bangs. She didn’t use heat protectant but did use a flat iron red flag. I told her at the end told her that the sides didn’t really sit well. She offered to blend it out more but since it’s already too short to be curtain bangs, I declined and went home to try to style it myself. Haircut was 20 mins TOTAL, not thorough I still have split ends. The good part was my entire head isn’t cut too short just the bangs which will grow out quick. It’s giving First Choice energy, but not first choice prices

Space was super cute! I had a haircut with Klara, she was wonderful! Great communication around what I was looking for and my hair felt so great! Will be booking with her again!
