Went to this salon today without an appointment and had a great haircut by Mubina. As a mature woman, my hair is fine, wispy and flat. Not only did she do a professional cut; she spent time and effort teaching me how to manage it myself and add volume. Despite the salon being obviously very busy, she never made me feel rushed. Highly recommend the salon and this stylist in particular. Thank you for a great job!

This was probably one of the best salon experiences I've ever had. Mubina was so clearly passionate about providing an amazing service. She took the time to discuss and demonstrate my styling options with me as I said I rarely do much of anything to my hair, and it really felt like she worked with me to create a style that would last while considering the condition of my hair. I went to supercuts as an impulse because I needed a cut and style ASAP. deb cut my hair and I was delighted. she gave me a better haircut than Id hoped for. friendly, helpful and listened to my choices. she gave me a style that not just suited me, it was a huge improvement. Grand Central location Whilst on holiday I managed to get a walk in appointment, and they were able to clipper cut my hair. I was finding it hard to find a clipper cutter who did ladies hair as they usually cater for men. I highly recommend this location. Handy system - no appointment necessary. Turn up, sign in online and you can go about the shopping centre until you get a text when you're next to be seen to return to the salon. Friendly atmosphere, and the hairdresser gave me exactly what I asked for.

I usually like the staff here, had my hair cut here 3 times here in the last year and always so nice. But the moody rude old lady who cut my hair yesterday ruined my day. I said keep the sides of my fringe long enough to frame my face and she just cut the entire fringe straight and it looked like a child’s hair. And then I asked her to trim some of my longer hairs to bring it into my fringe and she just goes she doesn’t know what I mean and her attitude was so disgusting I couldn’t be bothered and said it’s fine. Honestly if you can’t do your job thats one thing I wouldn’t be so annoyed as it’s only a haircut it’ll grow back - but her attitude and rudeness!!! I seriously hate those people acting like she isn’t paid to be there the tramp. Please get nicer staff, it goes a long way. I had a wash, cut and blow-dry in supercuts at bullring birmingham. When I was talking about what I want done, this woman didn't understand that I wanted to keep the length and looked confused.  I am not happy with my hair I asked the woman for long layers and a side fringe when cutting. I think the woman's name was Emma or Emily. The woman cut half my hair and a strand of hair for my side fringe. She took 15 mins to complete the whole service and charged me £44.50. So overpriced!Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning

Jennie was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive to my needs and requirements and provided me with the best service! I really appreciate it, thank you for the lovely haircut, I love it so much!!

I paid 47.50 for my retsyle at supercuts. I had my service done by Erica who has a skill with cutting long hair and stylying it to make it suit ur face. Also she had done my moms hair too and always gave us a service with a smile ! Thank you so much xServices:&nbsp;Hairstyling
