Benjamin Ryan Hair & Beauty is our dream, where we have created a unique salon for you to escape to and be pampered.

We create hairstyles that are individual but inspirational and offer a warm welcome that comes from the heart of our team. We have created a luxurious and unique environment where all you have to do is sit back and relax while we make you look and feel your absolute best.

Brazilian Blow-out Disaster I had a Brazilian Blow-out treatment in April by Anna. It did not give the expected results of glossy, smooth, easy to manage hair. It has caused damage and significant breakage, my hair looks dry and frizzy needing more attention, stying and products. I have worked in the hair and beauty industry for many years. I was shocked and disappointed with the response when I returned to the salon with my awful frizzy hair. I asked for help & advise, there was no acknowledgment, accountability or even the slightest apology. Targeting the blame on the products I had used "Olaplex & Tropic". All these products were discussed at the time of treatment with Anna and were approved. The treatment lacked care and attention, incorrect and vague pre and post care advise. Since the treatment I have spent £££ on products, collagen and biotin to work towards repairing my damaged hair. Ryan offered that I could have another Brazilian Blow-out treatment. Anna advised against it. I could not risk further damage to my hair and declined. The management have since not responded to my last 2 emails in which I stated how unhappy I am with the result of the treatment. I would prefer to resolve an issue directly rather than leave a bad review. I have had this treatment before and had amazing results! This has been a complete headache and disaster. Update August 2024 Despite Benjamin replying to my feedback offering to help . No one has got in touch to resolve this complaint and there has been no response to my emails. My hair still looks terrible months later, very damaged from the Brazilian Blow-out treatment I had done by Anna. £220 to wreck my hair. Commission focused rather than client. If you have a problem with this salon they won't care. The best route would be legal action!
I had such a lovely experience at the salon with Chloe. My hair looks so full and healthy, I couldn't be happier with the end result. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and took her time to listen & explain things to me whilst also giving great advice on what would be best for my hair type. The atmosphere in the salon is great and everyone is friendly, would highly recommend :
A great haircut and blow dry from Ben, I’m so glad so find an hairstylist who can cut hair so well. I have recently moved from the South West and have experienced disappointing haircuts with other hairdressers in this area. I appreciated the good customer service from the rest of the team too, especially the brilliant hot cup of tea on a really, really cold day. I’m very pleased with my hair. Thanks

I went to Benjamin Ryan Salon yesterday, looking for a significant change to my hair. First of all I want to say that this is a beautiful salon, bright and airy. All of the staff i met were friendly and professional. Chloe was an absolute superstar, positive and encouraging but realistic too which is exactly what you want when you're planning a change of style!. I left the salon feeling so happy and confident! Ben is an incredible Hairstylist... Really takes the time to sit down with you and work out what you want – will even research styles and create mood boards. Great location, relaxing setting and great attention to detail. Highly recommended!
Amazing experience at Benjamin Ryan - I loved the relaxing salon atmosphere, curated playlists and premium products. Ben gave me an excellent haircut and blow dry, his skills are second to none. I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair and it looks super healthy. His advice on styling and aftercare was also really helpful. Love this salon and would definitely recommend!
This place is wonderful! The atmosphere was great. Everything went smoothly. I now have a beautiful full head of highlights done by Anna and a wonderful haircut suited to my hair type done by Chloe. I love it! My hair looks light and pretty. I finally found my hairdressers in Birmingham :
I have been to this salon for many years now after my mother recommended it and I have never been disappointed. The team are amazing and I have been super happy with colour done by Ellis and James in the past and most recently had my hair done with Anna who was amazing. She was so friendly and listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a beautiful colour. Lovely salon with friendly staff and would definitely recommend!
