Visited Slaters Birmingham a week ago and bought a new suit. A great store with very helpful and friendly assistants who make you feel at ease. Good advice on matching shirt and tie to compliment suit. Trousers needed some adjustment and exactly one week later have taken delivery of suit duly altered. Have just tried suit, shirt and tie on and I am more than pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend.
I really like it here. The service is so great and they make you feel at ease. The guys gave a good eye for style and can point you in the right direction if you are a bit out of your comfort zone. The shirts and ties guy that was there when I was was great! Free alterations are the icing on the cake and make sure that the stuff you choose fits you as well as it can.
Just been in and bought a suit for my daughters wedding. Great choice, very helpful no pressure. Measured when I got there, then pointed to the rights sizes. Once I'd picked one and tried it on, one of the staff members checked if it needed adjusting. This is a free service. I needed an inch off the jacket and trousers. They will call me when it's done. Great service highly recommended.
Outstanding shop and staff! Went here to get suits for my brothers wedding and Sunny sorted us out. He was very helpful friendly and professional. The quality of suits is very high and the price reasonable to! I would deffo recommend and i shall return!
Had incredible service from Slater's from purchasing purchasing suits, to alterations and collecting. Wanted to give a specific shout out to David who after a small mix up with ties managed to between him and Beth get the last few remaining from other stores with a quick turn around and great communication. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning for future purchases.
Fantastic store and service, would highly recommend. I took my younger brother suit shopping today. Upon entering the store Akeem politely approached us and was fantastic throughout. He was very knowledgeable and seems to have mastered his trade. Exceptional service.
Excellent service, excellent value for money. Sorted mine and the Grooms wedding party out from fitting, sourcing suits from across the country, alterations, ties, all on multiple occasions, each one was done with great service. Thanks to David and Imran and gentleman with ponytail who works Saturdays - sorry forgot his name who were especially helpful.
Great customer service. Had a shirt but struggled to find the right tie. Sales assistant was really polite, helpful and professional and showed me many options and was happy to give their advice and recommendation.
Been using slaters for tailored big & tall menswear for over 15 years. Always a great service, the team truly show they are there to help. Free alterations is a big plus also.
10/10. My uncle used to always get his suits from here. Took my partner and found a great priced suit. Bought a suit and found the trousers too tight, we returned to store and they found a larger pair of trousers and altered for free within 10 mins Suits direct down the road had hardly any variety Slaters is well organised, a helper will size you up and direct you to the appropriate area with suits in your size. Many suits, all different prices and styles. Huge variety Super friendly staff
