A long established and well run branch which has been in Birmingham for decades. Firstly, selection of suits for men and children is very impressive. A very wide range of suits to cater for all quality and price demands. They will also tailor the suit to adjust it, with the price. Turn around is 7 days. This is an excellent service. Children’s suits are available in a decent range at least a dozen options for 7 year olds and upwards. This includes 3-piece suits go to second floor. Secondly, I find most shops have staff which haven’t a clue about the stuff they’re selling. Staff here are knowledgable, well trained and very helpful. They can genuinely provide that one to one service you need to buy a suit and have a good sense of what works and what doesn’t. Highly recommended.
A vast range of menswear and brilliant service as always. Connor in the suit department took time to fit me out for daughter's wedding reception and I can't praise him highly enough. Nothing new however as the staff are always polite and courteous.
Excellent service from Zab, I was a little unsure originally as I’d not had much experience buying suits and such but he was integral to me making this purchase today and incredibly helpful through out for both me and my friend. Really stood out compared to other staff and should be a role model for other employees.
Went last week to get a suit for my brother and friend and received excellent customer service from Connor! He was brilliant at tailoring to our needs and recommending suits for us. All in all big shout out to Connor outstanding member of staff!!!

Fantastic time going here. A big range of suits and accessories to choose from, with amazing customer service, maing you feel like someone from Kingsman . I received help with matching accessories to my suit as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a suit. Personally I chose a suit slightly bigger than would fit me perfectly so that I could build muscle and not worry about buying a new suit.

I bought three 3 piece suits from SlatersKam for my wedding. It was a great experiance - the kind of thing you imagine in your head when you think of a suit fitting - highly professional, looking for what you want and with advice on how best to make it work. Specifically he had a larger challenge in that two of the suits he had to tailor from just measurements and pictures - despite this the suits fitted perfectly on the day. Many thanks to Kam who made the experiance special.
