Love this class - Patrice is excellent and it’s friendly and welcoming with good level of challenge and skill learning
Great fun while learning to look after yourself. Patrice is a great teacher giving input to everyone. The classes are very mixed so don't worry if you are a girl going on your own. Everyone is welcoming, there are no cliques. I'd definitely recommend coming along.
Patrice is a really good teacher and will push you to your own limits. The classes are well structured and have really helped build my confidence and fitness :
Patrice is an outstanding teacher. He breaks down complex techniques and make them seem easy. After just a few classes I feel stronger and safer. I would highly recommend him as a teacher to anyone who wants to learn a self-defence method that really works.
