I think it's really important to shop locally at a time like this, and it's a pleasure to go into a store with such friendly, knowledgable staff. Prices were reasonable, and a lot of variation! Would definitely recommend.
I’ve been very happy here for many years.
Outrageous customer service in the Malet street branch. One of the staff white woman, blond, short hair, around 55 years old in glasses pushed me off, yelled at me and she used my voucher for my paid eye test without my knowledge! If I wouldn't raise the question she wouldn't refund it. AVOID!
I've been with University Vision for years. The staff are always helpful and were great at helping me chose new glasses a couple of years ago. They don't assume you're going to buy glasses with every yearly eye test and have been helpful with contact lens issues.
Had an eye test today. The optometrist and staff were all friendly and thorough. There was no pressure to buy glasses afterwards. Am surprised at the earlier anonymous negative review.
