I was really pleased with the level of service and support I received from staff at this branch of Vision Express. My eye test with Izzy was really comprehensive. She took her time with me and carefully tested out the new very increased prescription before settling on it. I was then helped by Guido to select frames. I always hate that part because it's so difficult to see and to choose well. He really took his time and offered some fantastic suggestions. It is quite pricy but you get what you pay for and obviously that depends on your prescription and frames you choose. I've needed glasses all my life and have had some very different experiences with both eye tests and choosing frames and can say honestly that I found this to be a really positive experience. I'm really happy with my prescription and my frames and will come here again.
My experience was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve received in my life. I can’t remember the name of the advisor I spoke to in Birmingham. But she was so helpful I was left truly touched by her willingness to help. She took it upon herself to contact the London Flagship Store Oxford Street and resolve my issue promptly. I will certainly continue to use Vision Express but must I make clear, special mention to the awesome lady providing an exceptional level of customer service.
Today I took my parents to my usual store at 181 Oxford Street. My family came from abroad and it was their first time in London and at Vision Express. Guys at the store took a really great care of my mum and dad - as if they were their own family... Many many thanks to the talented and very professional optometrist Harpreet, she was just wonderful! Optical assistant Karim and everyone else who saw us was very attentive and helpful - this store never disappoints. I've been a customer for a long time and I'm always helped and taken care of - well done Vision Express team!
Eye test, great! Booked online, optometrist called me at the right time, long but detailed procedure and a frank evaluation on whether to replace glasses or not. Sale support? Not great. I had to come back a day later because I forgot to bring the pair of glasses I needed new lenses on, but they're open late so I went after work. Not many customers in when I arrived but also no competent salespeople. I was approached by someone quite new, I explained what I wanted new pair of glasses, plus new lenses for an old pair of Oakley sunglasses bought at Vision Express in Dublin, she started taking my details and then told me they can't change the lenses on the Oakley ones. Since the whole point was to get the discount buying two pairs, I then wanted to leave it. "But you get half off!" "But the frame itself is expensive and in perfect condition!" So I was asked to wait so she could find someone to confirm. Nobody available. A colleague tells her to check their Oakley page, she can't find it, five minutes later someone finds her the page, but not the username and password for it. End result, after half hour I left, with no new glasses. I'll check a different Vision Express for the sale, hopefully they can get me the lenses. Otherwise I'll know not to buy Oakley from them again.
At the Oxford Road branch in London, I had an issue with getting access to some contacts I ordered from a branch in Manchester. The manager Eriks was exceptionally helpful and found a perfect solution, where I do not have to get a refund but can receive my contact rather my preferred choice. I definitely recommend seeing them for your eye health related queries and a massive thank you to Eriks and the Opticians Zelima who graciously last minute did an eye health check up.
Fantastic service at this store. Booked appointment on the same day and had perfectly fitted glasses on my face the same day. Omar optometrist was very thorough. Khushbu had an excellent approach to looking after customers and Guido ensured that my glasses fitted perfectly. Really impressed by the service here.
Me and my wife got a last minute appointment and were very well taken care of. The equipment for diagnosis is state of the art. We both got new glasses and I renewed my contact lenses in the same visit. Highly recommended.
Appalling waiting times. Had an eye test appointment, arrived on time and was seen 90 mins late. Whilst the optician then said she would get my glasses fitted as soon as the appointment finished, no one turned up to assist me. The optician who conducted my test was really friendly and helpful, sadly no one else on the shop floor was
I booked my appointment for the same day on Vision Expresses website which was very easy and straight forward.When I arrived I had to wait about 15-20 mins until I got seen. I had a thorough eye test and each stage was explained to me. The staff in the store were very friendly and polite even the security man was friendly. When purchasing my frames the assistant had a lot of patience and explained the various lenses and the process in great details. I'm definitely going to go there again.
Services were excellent. Arrived 20mins late for appointment but they made necessary adjustments to accommodate me. Really good experience considering my one-year-old I took along was crying while my eye test was going on. Really friendly team
