Decent boozer opposite the university. Good staff. Oddly folks still queue in a line for the bar. Thought we had moved on. Clearly not. Anyhow real ale and excellent crisp collection. What’s not to like.Service: 5/5
Didn't eat there as they had shut down the kitchen early not in term time and it's mainly a uni student place so i understand the service was nice and friendly and the atmosphere at the time was nice and chilled again not in term time so it might not always be that chillService: 4/5

A really nice pub with a lively atmosphere and a good outdoors space to match the indoors. The staff are welcoming and friendly the food is excellent and there's plenty of choice to drink. Unfortunately the name tells you where it's near which means no easy parking nearby but trams and bus stops are only a short walk away. All in all well worth a visit.
Food was okay, although we don't recommend the fish and chips too well. Cheesy chips and sausage and mash were delicious and the beer was good.Food: 4/5
