left my phone in the taxi and wasn't told I'd have to pay for it by the operator which obviously royally pissed me off however I will say the taxi driver explained it to me and was very polite I did apologise for being frosty with him as it seemed like they were pulling a fast one however he explained it's the fact that he has to take time out of time working night to bring the phone back which I totally got. his professionalism is the reason why they're getting 3 stars as it should've been made clear.

I recently had a taxi to and from Bournemouth airport. I prepaid over the phone with a polite and efficient telephonist. On the way there was early morning £19.90 and the return was daytime/ afternoon £15.70, both of which included the £3 car park charges to enter the airport car park. I found these prices reasonable! The service was brilliant! Both cars were on time, both drivers were polite and carried our suitcases. Cars were clean and comfortable. Thank you United Taxis! I would recommend this service and will definitely be using them again!

Pleasant enough but kept asking for the quickest route. He is the taxi driver and should know and was using a sat nav so don't understand, plus I live in Blackpool lol

Taxi from Christchurch to Charminster and the driver didn't know how to get to Charminster via duel carriage way. . not even the turn off!! He was completely dependent on Sat Nav and my directions... Local knowledge should be expected...

Booked a taxi via the app, received a text to say taxi was outside , went outside and taxi wasn't there , it still didn't arrive after 10 mins so decided to walk to a rank to get a different taxi. Later that night received an email giving confirmation and details of the journey that never happened ! In the email it showed a route map the driver apparently took in which he never went near where we were supposed to be picked up!! And the fictional journey took 13 minutes for what is a 5 minute journey !! And they have taken payment for this journey also taking 2 payments from my card! DONT USE THE APP TO BOOK AND PAY IN ADVANCE. drivers charging for fictional journeys . Driver Number687 VehicleCitroen Grand C4 Picasso, License: 129, reg HF65MUE. Currently trying to get a refund, no reply soon to emails or FB message and when ever I phone they say accounts team are unavailable!!
