I called a cab very very late just an hour ago after having a bit of a bad night and the close to retirment, so he told me, cab driver was the most loveliest man. That gentleman needs a big raise!

Ordered a cab at 11.55 pm. They phoned twice to say it was outside the house, but no cab. Half an hour later I walked home. Meanwhile my friend was subjected to abuse when he queried where the cab actually was. He was called a moron, and the phone operator also asked why he couldn't have walked me home. Unbelievable. This is a taxi company purporting to provide a taxi service. Disgusted and will take this further

Very bad customer service. Ordered a cab over the weekend, it hadn't shown up after half an hour. Rang dial a cab to ask where it was only to be told it had been and gone. They didn't apologise for not calling me when outside/for not ringing the buzzer to the flat, and did not offer to send another cab. If they wanted us to wait in the road they hadn't said so, and we weren't told what time to expect the cab. I had been polite over both phone calls, only to be told 'you better ring someone else' and be hung up on. Unnecessarily rude, will not be using again. Ended up getting a taxi with PRC - Streamline, with no problems.

A great service arrived on time, the driver was friendly and helpful, I would recommend Dial A Cab to anyone requiring a taxi in Poole and Bournemouth!

Never experienced such rudeness in my life. Hung up on 3 times and operator was vile both to me and my partner! Do not give these people your service. Go elsewhere!!!!
