Great company and have been using them for about 15 years - even before Warren's and PRC joined forces. Always prompt, reliable and fairly priced. Never had a bad journey with PRC and the drivers are all friendly and helpful. Really good app too. Free to download, easy to use and you can pay cash or card and track your driver all the way to the door! Available on smart phones and android so I would HIGHLY recommend downloading it :)

Saturday night, first experience was unexpected impressive, two times during the night arrived in less than 4 mins, competitive prices than most popular taxis in the town. Definitely will book them again next time, hope you will be delivering again excellent service as I have had. Just beautiful!

We had a booked and prepaid United Taxi at the airport, we were directed to the taxi and we arrived at home, it turned out that is was a Streamline Taxi so, we had to pay it again. I will not use this robbing service again. Actually, I did not want to use it now either.

Booked two taxis, one out and one return. Both drivers were prompt and very friendly. Good price compared to other companies I found. Use of text message service very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

I do not wish to even leave one star! My almost 9 month pregnant wife and 2 year old child was left out today in rain. She booked them up using the PRC streamline app. First time when she went out the taxi was not there and the company had cancelled the booking. She booked again and also called the company to check why did they cancel her first booking. A man answered the phone and said the driver got the wrong address and another driver is on his way in 4 mins. My wife saw the taxi driving pass her and called on the mobile number they provided on the app, so that the driver can stop the car but it reached his voicemail. Later they cancelled this booking too. This happened 3 times! She booked again the driver passed by again and the booking was cancelled. A lady from PRC streamline contacts my wife and says she is not going to send a taxi anymore! As if it was my wife mistake! My wife then said that the drivers are just passing by me without stopping and are not answering their mobile phones!! She mentioned to this lady its raining and that she is with a 2 year old kid she ignores that completely and says well its not raining where she was. Suggesting that my wife is lying!!! And when my wife said I will review your company for treating her so badly she disconnected the phone. And also blacklisted my wife on the PRC app so that she can't leave a feedback! She does not know bus routes, obviously can't drive, pregnant with a child in rain middle of the road!! No sympathy on the phone and blaming the customers for their incompetent, awful, disgusting service. She called United Taxis and the taxi was there in 3 mins and the driver called my wife straight away to say he has arrived. This is how you run a business!! It was also cheaper to book United Taxi. Never ever booking PRC streamline again.
