Terrible service. Didn't show up to pre booked fair. Contacted via phone and then email but noone bothered to reply. Wouldn't give any stars if it let me!

Possibly the worst taxi service in town. I had the most unpleasant driver ,who was rude and I went on to log a complaint which was never acknowledged. Appauling!! I wouldn't recommend

Unsafe dangerous driver! 5 of us used this service and I noticed the taxi driver wasn’t wearing his seatbelt but had it tucked behind his back and clicked in to stop the seatbelt alarm going off. He then drove very fast and broke the speed limit on many occasions and did not fell safe with him behind the wheel. Will not be using this unprofessional company again and your lucky I didn’t take notice of your driver number and registration plate.

I just want to say that Benjamin is a great taxi driver. We ran out of money, and he made sure we got home safe. I really rate and appreciate this xxx

Had to wait 3 hrs for my taxi to finally turn up even though I'd been told it was coming multiple times before hand, but it didn't show up. A useless service who then charged me full price for the 3hr long service. Avoid at all costs.
