This firm are appalling. My sister got married yesterday and ordered two taxis from this firm. Neither one turned up. When the first one didn't appear for the groom she phoned to find out why but got an answerphone. Her own taxi didn't arrive either so she had to drive herself to the registry office - in her full wedding outfit. Absolutely appalled. Couldn't get through to them all day, so will be interested to here what the lousy excuse will be when she contacts them after the honeymoon! Thanks guys for ruining her day.

Avoid these cowboys! I booked a taxi ten hours ahead of time and when it was ten minutes late I phoned and was told the car was six miles away! I had to phone a different company in the end. None out of ten. Very disappointed.
