The staff member I spoke too was fab answered my questions got us what we needed the floor fitters were lovely and friendly and did a fab job love the flooring had lots of compliments already just need a few more bits doing to sitting room in general and it's complete! Thankyou

A lady looked after us to put down some flooring down. We have had some work done and picked some to try and match the kitchen etc. Price was reasonable and quickly booked in. Will put the finishing pictures once fitted

After going to Wilsons carpets in Parkgate and being totally ignored we decided to try here. We were approached by Mark after being given time to browse ourselves. He gave fantastic advice and his product knowledge was incredible. He gave recommendations without being pushy. Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t want to give one star really but it’s only way I know how to get this post on.I was told 4 weeks for my delivery they are late so l called them where is my mattress o it will be another 4 weeks, just like that I have to except it 8 weeks to buy a mattress they’ve got my money why should they give a toss.selling things they haven’t got not on I would have gone elsewhere had I known. Next time cash on delivery maybe that would make them more likely to deliver on time not good service feel fobbed off

After having the majority of our home re-carpeted I want to leave this review. The service we have received from these guys has been fantastic from start to finish. Mark in the store was brilliant in talking through the different options for what we wanted and couldn't do enough for us. We had two bedrooms fitted mid week then the rest finished this weekend. Absolutely perfect and the fitters on on both occasions were superb. Thankyou for providing such a fantastic service. The company should be proud to have people like this work for them, once a again thankyou.

Appears to be a staff/business vehicle in a blue badge space with no blue badge. It's been there every time I've been past recently. It's not accessible parking if it's in use by people who don't need it and this demonstrates the contempt with which this company treats potential customers.

Having looked online at the easy to navigate website- the photos are good representations of colour and texture of the carpets available-we went into UC on  Sunday, were advised by a Customer Service team member, selected our carpet and it was laid today, Wednesday. We have purchased laminate and carpet  from this branch within the last 6 months and have been consistently pleased with level of trouble-free service, professionally laid flooring and good after care. Would highly recommend for range of flooring and prices.

I would like to thank Jeff for his guidance, assistance and patience in choosing my carpets. They have been fitted today by Sam and his colleague and I am so pleased. Very professional every step of the way.

I would highly recommend the fitter came was very friendly made an excellent job price was very reasonable for the quality of carpet we had fitted I have used this place for years and never had any issues with them I can honestly say I will continue to use them

Thanks again. Staff are very knowledgeable. Verona has been a good buy highly recommended. Stood up against two litters of puppies and 4 dogs tearing around on it for three years. Black hides everything except white hair but soft to touch to this day. Well worth the reasonable £13 p/sq M. Would buy again.
