Purchased a a sofa today. Saleman matthew was very helpful and polite man. Dealt with our needs and spoke to us kindly. He did his job very well .... now the manager woman is another story. Very rude. In appropriate the way we heard to speak to her staff . Made us feel very awkward. Brushed by us when we left and ignored us although buying 1600 pounds of goods . Been coming to scs for many years n never been made to feel awkward like that .

Pretty poor experience so far. Charging more for accurate measurements which were less than the estimated. Poor service and their mathematics are just as bad. Won't be spending any more of my money there!

Expensive carpet which was under estimated so paid a lot more. Fitters came without Grabbers!! Everyone very nice but no quality service..... Steer clear
