Nice furniture and items here. Quite expensive but worth it. Sofas, dinning chairs, throws, curtains, carpets etc.
Such a great visit, I had a sudden creative idea and needed some extending curtain rods. I met a wonderful employee called Madison who helped me find everything I needed. I also hadn't realized they have a haberdashery so instead of having to wait for other shops to be open I found everything I needed and got my project finished in one day. Definitely will return as I have my guest room to get ready. Thank you for all the help and brilliant service.
Purchased a desk and stool set for my grandson, 1st had a broken part, second exchange had the stool missing! On the third exchange all was resolved! But I must add that the staff of the Wombwell Lane depot were exemplary and kind throughout, never have I witnessed such dedication to customers like this before, well done all at this store… please forward our sincere thanks for sorting us out. Again thank you. *****
Bought some bedding, paid part with a gift card and and the rest was paid out of Wife's Bank A/C I returned one of the items which was valued at £65 I was unable to get a full refund back to my bank, all I could have was £50 rest on a gift card I think this is totally unacceptable, it's just a way to make you at least spend something with them. I expect a full refund when I pay with my debit card, will be going elsewhere in future, total ripoff
One member of staff was serving the person in front of me , the other three who were hanging around ignored me even though it was obvious that I was collecting an order. The queue behind me grew to around six people and no one stepped in to help, when I was finally serrved, I wasn't treated professionally and the assistant threw the last item on the counter and walked away without asking if I needed any help with the five packages. Really poor service.
Love this store. Plenty of choice, good prices, excellent for parking & an instore cafe. Always clean & well presented.

Had an accident in shop guy that dressed wound was filthy Sorry guys he couldn't even gey on floor he was that big n used excuse he had a slipped disc if he had surly he shouldn't be at work. Plus he looked like he needed a good wash.
Lovely cafe, very friendly and helpful staff, Paul in the cafe deserves a mention very happy to help and cheery nothing was too much trouble
