Absolutely delighted with the staff and service today at Rotherham store. I’ve been searching for a floral display that I managed to get 1 of in the Meadowhall store, but as it’s new in I couldn’t find it in other stores yet or on the website. Tried today as I wanted another 3 and the lady at customer services kindly looked it up on screen and also asked the lady Sam who was working in this department. She said that it said they had 12 of them but she had loads of stock to unpack so it might be there. I could call tomorrow and they could keep me some if they were indeed there. Then on the way out of store she shouted me …. She had found the box with the stock in. Brilliant. So happy I got the 3 I wanted and very pleased with this level of customer service …. From both ladies. Excellent.
I The Range is a great shop with lots of nice things and the shop takes a good two hours to look at every thing because there's so much to look at and buy.nIt has Toys , books, Art things at collage standard, Things for the house, All sorts of things it's the best shops I have been in that why I give it Five Stars .
Plenty of household goods to pick from not too busy a bit of a queue to get out but it soon went down . Seemed reasonably priced to me .Good range of paint, curtains and bedding. Has a good craft section also caters for pets
Went on a Saturday afternoon, queues galore, hardly ant staff, staff shouting frantically down the anonymous and clearly the staff on the shop floor must have had enough of listening to the shouting as nobody was going down.nMany products without prices, cramps, cages of stock block way round. Generally feels unloved and uncared for.
I went looking for a couple of electrical items . Prices vary on what you are looking for but there are a range see what I did there of products for all budgets. Staff were polite only thing I didn't like about the store was the layout it felt very cramped on some aisles but that's just my personal opinion.
