Well manager Martin stinking of smoke was very unhelpful when I have a fualty item.one word ofawnsers and rude acssed me f wanting a argument lmfao.when he walked off he turns around and comes back to give me ear ache for no apparent reason not very professional martan is it . Don't.   Usbthis store if you don't want a ride manager not fit for his job

Staff on the tills are generally friendly enough, but often hard to find staff on shop floor without walking miles round the aisles. Often gaps in shelves where stock is low/missing. Feels uninviting, dusty and generally (akin to other b and qs) feels unloved and symptomatic of a large chain that is lacking credible competition (although check out Bunnings in Parkgate!).
