Unisound is great. A local shop to pop in and buy bits and pieces of guitar accessories whenever I need it. Also a great place for ukuleles.

I brought a 10 years old Martin guitar and it came back pristine. I always worry that someone else might not be as careful as I usually am with my guitar but I was rather pleased by the care they took of my guitar. The owner is very nice person to talk to and offers genuine advice if you need to. Would definitively recommend this place if you are looking for someone to do any repair work on your guitar.

The prices are quite good and it's location is quite good too. They stock quite a bit of kit so if any member of your band was short of anything in Bromley, you'd almost certainly find it there. The reason why I haven't given it any more than 3 stars is for 1 simple reason. Customer service. I've been going to that shop (only because it's the closest to me) for over 4 years on the odd occasion where I've needed sticks or strings. Haven't been back since 2009. I always get this impression from the owner that he feels that he's somehow superior to his customers and will only help you out if he thinks he'll get a sale out of you - and even then it's a strange impersonal experience. So in short - if you know what you want, it's a good place to go, pick it up, pay and walk out without being ripped off. If you want some genuine non-salesy advice, I would look elsewhere.

I have known the Owner (think is he owner for some time and I think he does a great job. Would recommend.
