Amazing customer service from a very kind man, Dennis! Popped into Halfords to get a new light bulb fitted and in the process my battery died. Dennis was so helpful with advice and squeezing me in to his service! He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed! Thank you so much, will definitely be back again in the future with anymore help!

Ordered a folding e-bike and got a notification that it's ready to collect. Upon arrival they lost the key to remove the battery, and told me I have to come back when the other items I purchased are ready too. The next day I got another notification that everything is ready so I went again, they still have not found the keys and was trying to just give me that bike! They say they will find a solution for me but there's no guarantee they will get it, so I  counter offered that I take the bike first and if they can't find the keys they give me a new bike with keys of course to exchange. They replied that once I took the bike, there will be no exchange. What a trap. So glad that I did not fall for it.nnWasted two trips for nothing. They didn't even bother to call me to inform me of these issues beforehand.

Fantastic service-ordered oil to be topped up by one of the team,could not be more helpful-advised on other items I needed offering full advice & support. Brilliant would highly recommend.

Michelle at Bromley branch was very welcoming and polite. Was offering customers ahead of me the option of opening accounts. Heard her give advice to couple in front of me about their products.
