I have had my MacBook Pro since 2012, and when it failed yesterday (hard drive gave out) I really considered just getting a new one, but I am in the middle of exams and really needed something sorted ASAP. Someone recommended Harry to me and I have been so impressed with his service. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain exactly what he is doing and why. He was also able to turn around my repair really quickly, and really does give you service with a smile. My MacBook lives to fight another day, and I have saved having to buy a new one for a while now, so thank you Harry!

Apple store had told me phone couldn’t be fixed and gave me details of a very expensive data recovery company (£200+ to get images etc) took my phone to this store and he’d fixed it in less than 24 hours £45 phone works perfectly! Thankyou 👍🏼

Fixed the Wi-fi card and hard drive in my MacBook Pro, the screen on my iPad and the screen on an iPhone. Very quick and very reasonable too, I’ve recommended Harry to lots of people since and they’ve all thanked me.

Really friendly and knowledgable. I needed a replacement battery for my MacBook, and he replaced it on the spot in less than 30 mins. I was so relieved, because I was going to have to wait several days for an appointment at the Apple Store, which would have cost a lot more and taken a lot longer.

Replacement screen that was fitted was not a genuine OEM part, is of low quality and because of this some iPhone features (3D touch) no longer work. Colours are inaccurate and the screen experiences severe ghosting in cold temperatures.
