Ordered a washing machine.done the click & collect in car park,but went in & spoke to the staff anyway. A lady had it ready for us on a sack trolley & help me load into my car in the pouring rain,she was really helpful. Thank you for your caring service
Never again, third visit in 72 hours, have failed to achieve what I came for on all three… totally different to the two trips to the Nugent Curry’s who resolved concerns or had the stock the website said was in stock both times. The time you spend driving to the better store you’ll save by actually getting stuff sorted when you’re in there.
Collected an online order using the parking collection option. The staff brought it promptly to the car. No issues.
Not a very big store but has all the basics. Helpful staff. I even got a pack of paper for free with my printer purchase. Parking spaces for cars but also close to bus stops. Really nice store.

This store is not as good as the Orpington branch. Never seem to have stuff I want in store eg Brother printers, Hoover freezer etc. However I did happen across a helpful member of staff on 9 Feb middayish who was wearing a black face mask - did not get her name. I wanted advice on Brother printers and by looking at the Currys website thoroughly my confusion was explained by her discovering the website had a major mistake on it Claimed a printer was A3 when it was A4. Having sorted all this I was relatively happy though dissapointed they did not have the stock. Well done to her and please managers - get your stock situation sorted and not just display empty boxes!
Really good staff who helped me find a good phone deal for my son. Chris was fabulous finding the best deal for his requirements. Would really recommend getting your phone through Him
Good customer service, however products are not accurately labelled or are missing / crowded side by side. The shelves at the rear were mostly empty . FYI: It was my first time visiting so this may not be how it is usually.
Worst Curry's PC ever. Bought a hob online and try to return it here. The product is bought online within 17 days after purchase. For Curry's PC's policy, they have the store return option which states clearly that:"You can return your order to any of our stores." The bromley branch does not allow that. The manager came out asking for a qualified electrician certificate to prove that the product was installed correctly. Try his best to persuade the customer that it's their misuses causing the fault of the product. The other collegue rolls her eyes at me. The product was installed correcly and I just want to return it because of the insensitive touching screen. You did a good job manager. Never buying any things from Curry's PC AGAIN.
I was due to travel recently, and wanted to purchase a portable charger. I had been to currys previously and had bought my parents a portable charger and knew which one I wanted. I went into the store and located the one i wanted and found a member of staff and said that i wanted the one that was on the rack, but i was prevented from taking it by a lock. The member of staff told me that I should go look down the other side of the shop at the Anker chargers. I went down there and selected a charger, not my first choice even though it was evidently stocked and wanted to pay. The tickets advertising the prices were all on the incorrect rows and the one i had selected was advertised at £29.99 but was incorrect and infact was £59.99. Just before i had made the payment I noticed and was mortified. The charger I wanted initially was £35.99 and what I had been directed to had been incorrectly advertised. I told the lady that was taking my payment that I wanted the one that was locked up and she said ok we cant find the key so you will have to wait, and casually sipped at her drink relaxing behind the counter. At this point i had been in the shop for 40 minutes just to buy a portable charger!! They said they had lost the key and would have to find it. At this point i gave up and drove 20 mins to the one in orpington which gave me the identical product as soon as i walked in, and at a £10 discount!!
