The sales assistant, a pretty, young, dark-haired girl with long hair sorry, I don’t know her name; I should have asked, who helped me buy a small, Beko. under-counter fridge this afternoon was absolutely fantastic at the Bromley store. It was all sorted quickly and efficiently; she showed me one in store after having checked the dimensions of our old one and her friend with a head-scarf helped us load the only one left in stock into our car. I even got a £10 discount and was told if it‘s cheaper on Black Friday, I would be reimbursed the difference. What friendly, helpful staff! I will recommend your store to everyone I know. I was told I need to check the dimensions before I unpack it, and I think it will fit. Huge thanks again and happy Xmas to you all! Best wishes, Jo.
Travis provided fantastic service when I purchased a robot vacuum and a Dyson. He was friendly, helpful, and made the process so easy. Thank you for the great experience!
Nichola assisted and served us at Currys. She helped me pick out a microwave for my 98 year old client. I am a carer & found Nichola to be extremely helpful & considerate of the clients needs. She was very patient & understanding of the need for my client to take a few seating breaks. She was also very considerate of previous customers feedback.. ensuring my client was able to manage pushing the microwave button in to open it. Overall, made the experience much easier and ensured we got the right product for her. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you!
I popped in here a couple of weeks ago as my phone had been stolen and, having bought a new handset at the Apple Store nearby, I needed a replacement iD mobile SIM card. The guy who served me was great. He took the time to lhelp me link my new card to my phone number, install it in my new handset and deactivate the old sim. There wasn’t even a charge for the SIM card! 10/10 for good old fashioned customer service!
A small shop for a Curry's. So not quite the range of products on display as in their larger stores. No one offered to help me during my visit. click & collect available. Reasonable parking space.
