Excellent, excellent service! We contacted Chris today after a Windows download managed to wipe a laptop containing all of my Brothers University work! Chris was able to fully restore the laptop, and save all data in a few hours after another Computer Repair Service told us nothing could be done! Professional with an excellent level of customer service: Highly recommended!!

Chris is superb, I thought I was going to need to buy a new laptop as it was freezing, running slow when at all and generally very sick. Chris quickly did a full check and clean up remotely and removed troublesome issues. My laptop is running as if new and cost was minimal and so competitive plus I did not even have to leave my front door! Excellent, Superb - Chris is firmly stored in my phone!

A pleasure to deal with. Quick response to initial query and I was able to drop the machine off same day. Problem quickly identified and quote given. The machine is now working and I'm very pleased! Highly recommended.

Can't recommend highly enough. Fast, efficient and professional service. No problem appears to be insurmountable, always dealt with swiftly either on site or remotely.

I have been a Landscape Gardener for 30 years and since 2008 became self-employed and had a Website created by a designer. I was recommended Chris at PC Headache by a friend when my computer required repair and a service. Chris recently created a new Website for me with new ideas to make it more user friendly and eye catching. He is very professional, helpful and always responds quickly and efficiently to any questions I have or any advice I require. I am very happy with the new Website and I have received many compliments from people who have visited the Website. I would happily recommend Chris' services to family and friends and I will continue to use his services.
