Mike did a great job on two items we took in over a 2 week period. Firstly he couldn’t find a problem with my amp that wasn’t working. He could have made something up and charged me for it, but he was honest and gave me back my amp working👍. My second item was a large TV that needed a new motherboard. They sourced a new motherboard and fixed the TV within a week. Fantastic service and way cheaper than a new amp and TV.

I could not even give this company 1 star after the compleet lack of customer service skills and rudeness I have experienced. I took my tv to be fixed and they stored it incorrectly and not to mention cracking the screen from the inside out when if was ment to be repaired. trying to negotiate a way of getting the product back in the same condition as I had given to them was impossible with complete denial and lack of empathy they have NO LIABILITY INSURANCE and I could not stress the importance of that when you are dealing with other valuables !!!!!

We used Excellent Electrics to repair a Panasonic vacuum cleaner. They did a great job and quickly - the repair was done by the end of the following day. The estimate cost about £40 but this goes towards the cost of the labour for the repair. It hard been difficult to find a business able to do the repair and we were very pleased to find them.

Absolute Cowboys. Took my TV in to have them diagnose the problem, which they did but wanted over £400 To fix it. I decided not to get it fixed as I can buy a new tv for that price. I collected it and took it home and turned it on to find a cracked screen. It was cracked on the inside of the front glass. Took it straight back and they are denying all responsibility, even tho there is no way I could of done it. They also cracked the surround to the tv which they deny aswell. (When they took my tv they didn't use the stand they stood it in its end on some electrical cables). Asked about their liability insurance to find they DON'T HAVE ANY. So they will never take responsibility for anything.. Don't ever take anything here

I took in an expensive subwoofer in to be repaired a few months ago. It came back a week later in full working order. Yes, it cost a little more than I expected, but had I replaced the broken Subwoofer for a brand new one, with similar specifications, it would have most likely cost over 4 x the repair cost. The service provided by Excellent Electrics was was fantastic. I would highly recommend.
