Loved it!!! Amazing experience in every sense. The service was great, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, definitely coming back! You guys should try the Mushroom risotto, it was to die for !!!!Food: 5/5
We had the buffalo chicken dip good but lacking much in the way of kick, union burgers a little rubbery and a few drinks including the banana popsicle cocktail great and the house beer fine and pop. The downside of this experience was the speed of service and general lack of attention. The place was empty but we still waited quite awhile. We waited about 15 minutes after getting our drinks before the server returned to take our meal order and the server didn’t even take our menus away after ordering. After receiving our meals we were left wondering if pop refills were a thing and if the server would return. I’d give a higher review if service was on point.
10/10! First time trying out this place, called in for takeout the person who answered the phone was so welcoming and helpful not just and order taker she actually had a personality. Then came to pick up my order, fast and efficient! Take out orders can sometimes be a little lack lustre so my expectations were not that high, got everything home, food was fantastic! We had the fish and chips and a side of seasonal veg - food was delicious! Happy there’s a place closer to where I live now with good quality service and food! Thanks guys!
Unfortunately, for our first visit it was poor service slow. One of our meals came out wrong ....they ran out of onion rings for the meatloaf. One of the main reasons I ordered it. I think this is something that should be mentioned prior to ordering. Pickle chips were awesome. Hopefully next time is better because it's nice having something close by. Edited: We decided to give it another go. We ordered the pickle chips, Asian salad and burger. The burger was good and i knew the pickle chips would be as well...But I wish I could say the same about the salad. First of all, it was chopped in to HUGE pieces. It was like it was for a rabbit. I feel like cabbage should be shredded not chopped? Plus it ad tiny black spots on the lettuce. Safe to eat, but not appealing. The chicken was cold and dry and the dressing tasted store bought. There was nothing unique about it at all. It was very disappointing...once again. Service was friendly but slow...

After a reservation mix-up and horrible service at another local restaurant, our large 17 lunch group descended on the Union Pub with only a couple minutes notice. They were fantastic - accommodating, friendly and welcoming. My food was really good, others seemed to enjoy theirs. We will be back!Food: 5/5
First time coming here. Ordered the Meatloaf, which was one of the most expensive items on the menu. Received this, insert picture here, and it looks like dog food from me and multiple people that I sent the photo to. It didn’t break apart when you cut it. It was like a gelatin slab of meat and the mashed potatoes were literally chunks of potatoes Not even mashed. For $22 I want edible food. The manager said that it was cooked fresh in house and I highly doubt that unless you freeze it in after you cook it. Not coming back
Took my dad here on Canada Day, he got the Reuben and I got the fish and chips. Tasted great and looked great. Place itself is pretty nice too, nice pub atmosphere. Can recommend :Food: 5/5
Union Pub in Komoka offers an excellent dining experience with delicious food and outstanding service. The menu has a great variety of options, all prepared to perfection. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the visit truly enjoyable.Food: 5/5
Mediocre pub food at premium prices. Everything that came out of the deep fryer was overcooked by 3-4 minutes. The decent fish was ruined by having three times too much batter and being overcooked. They could cut the menu in half and still have great selection. Might allow a better chance of getting good at cooking what is on the menu. Our server was good, but the tables and chairs outside were clearly bought at separate auctions without determining if they matched in height they don’t. This means you feel like you need to be sitting on a phone book to be at a comfortable height for the table. Pony up the money to get some matching chairs or hire a welder for an afternoon to chop your tables down to match the height of the chairs.
