Lovely driver, took us there and back again, very nice man, prompt service, polite

Terrible service, couldn't find our address although it is in a very well known area. We had to walk to a local shop in the stormy weather - defeats the purpose of a taxi! We will definitely not be using this service again. The driver was rude and drove terribly - the cab was also smelly. Avoid at all costs

This firm doesn't even deserve a 1 star!!  The Drivers are borderline dangerous as they seem no have either no knowledge or respect for the rules of the road. Its a wonder some of these even have licenses!  They overcharge at every opportunity. And the personal hygiene of the staff must also be mentioned - namely very smelly.  Get a bus or another taxi - you'll live longer.

Absolutely rubbish service, appauling driver attitude would never use let alone recommend. Avoid if possible 40mins late with no apologetic behaviour what so ever

The taix didn't come to pit me up the time it would come is Sunday 14th August the time is 6.20am, Monday 15th August the time is 5.20am.

Taxi arrived on time was very clean the driver was very helpful and the fare was very reasonable. Colne to Hebden Bridge We will use this company again.

It was terrible, I rang a taxi 40 minutes ago and was told it would be 5 minutes. Instead I've had to ring up multiple times to see where the taxi is.

Always has been best taxi firm in Pendle.
