Nice place to visit and go for a walk to explore the local area. Loads of history relating back to the Industrial Revolution and the cotton industry. Enjoyed the model shop, well worth a visit by itself!nThere’s obviously a lot more to Colne than Boundary Mill
A lovely town and station. I have photos of my visit here in the 80s.....great memories

Single line station at the end of the East Lancashire railway, handy for getting to Preston and the Fylde coast. Hourly trains during weekdays.
No toilets but otherwise good and well maintained.
