Dreadful auromated system which is fine if you know exactly where you are and even then you'll be shouting instructions.

Sadly after years of using this firm & provided business through COVID, I have been unable to use them for the last week due to the change in accepting bookings. Apparently my work place is not recognised nor is the street or my home address. Quite shocking really, would have thought they would have more thought for their regular customers but apparently not.
I've used Escort Taxis mostly for going on two decades. I can't claim to know if they've changed hands in that time, but I still use them as I can't recall ever having a problem with them. From memory they're polite and are punctual. They even have an app now, both for Apple iPhone or Android. Tried it for the first time jist now, seems straightforward enough.
Used this company for a taxi to Manchester airport, the driver was courteous and safe. We arrived in time and safely.
Used Escort Taxis for the first time today, to travel from Colne to Skipton. Very impressed, arrived on time, driver Car No 2 was very polite and professional. Cost for the journey in my opinion was very fair. Would definitely use them again. Thank you.
