Excellent service this morning to my train. Driver was very patient when we got stuck in traffic however got me there on time. Was lovely to chat to, didn’t catch his name but was a very efficient and picked me up very quickly
Disappointed! I used to use Greenline taxis everyday since high school but in the past couple of years they have massively gone downhill. Always turning up late, drivers speeding and I’ve had someone argue with me on the phone and rudely put it down on me. I understand some nights they may be busy but there is 0 communication between passengers and the cabs. We had two cars turn up tonight after I had already rang to cancel, because they were late by an hour after telling me two times on the phone that they were “2 minutes away”. Will not be using again. Ended up ringing Eagle Star / Cavalier who were here in under 5 minutes and the fare was also cheaper.
Do not get these taxis.. Ovdrcharging.. Askubg for miney up front... Didnt know whete they were going.. Again be very wary
Tried charging £150 to go from Colne to padiham... £15 maximum so don't use them, freaks
Very polite taxi service honest to I won't use any other taxi firm my recommendations to anyone in the Pendle area to try them
