Waited 20 minutes for a taxi booked in advance to the vets. When the driver showed up he demanded to know what was in our cat carrier then sped off with no explanation when we told him it was a cat despite not being asked about it during booking even though we had stated we were going to a VET. Waste of time.
Did not say needed cash payment. Threatened to leave sole female during icy conditions because other people didn’t pay! This was at 2am. Honestly, if said from outset could have sorted if. Not this blackmail at 2am
On the way out. I changed my booking to 6.30 and they said I'd changed it to 6.45. Let's call that a genuine administrative error. The taxi was filthy, rickety and the driver was surly. I'd give a one-star review but the guy who picked us up on the way back was charming, chatty, only 2 mins late and had a nice clean car, so very much a mixed bag.
Absolute joke of a taxi service tell you 5 mins and stood waiting 20 mins when you ring back they say oh couple minutes 10 mins later still waiting in end walked home with heavy bags heavily pregnant absolute shiteeee
Avoid! Unreliable and overcharge. Left me stranded for a 6:30 Airport which they overcharged me for in the first place £65 when it should be £50. They said they would be there in the morning and didn't bother to show up! No answer at the office. Absolutely useless and now I might miss my flight.

Used Street cars for the first time today. Told 12 minute wait and ended up being 30 minutes. Picked up in a red skoda who then proceeded to speed all the way to todmorden centre and also overtook doing 50+mph in a 30mph zone near the park. Will not be using again!
Great service, friendly and helpful driver took us to Blackpool. He deserves 6 stars. Good to get a text confirmation, when the taxi is dispatched, who the driver is and most importantly the price of the taxi fare. We only use Streetcars and would highly recommend.
