Umega Lettings are leading the way in terms of what a great letting agent is, raising standards throughout our services and our properties so that others follow and standards in the industry improve. We're really proud of our service, we love what we do and our team is wonderful. We are ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), Safe Agent, CLA (Council of Letting Agents) accredited and we are one of Scotland's only Bcorp accredited companies, demonstrating that we are here to truly make a difference. I had an exceptional experience with Umega Lettings. From the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I've not had any issues with Umega. Helpful and prompt service if I have had any issues with flat or surrounding area.nRecently there was an issue with flytipping and the problem was sorted the following day. Correspondence has also been quick and helpful regarding repairs or general queries.nOn a recent inspection Ben Craven was super helpful, got my intercom fixed straight away and was flexible around my work schedule by giving me enough time to plan.

Umega were great, initially really hard to get hold of someone as no direct call line unless you’re already a customer, but the Director  came straight back after a plea for help to get in touch. Umega went out of their way to arrange viewings that worked around my timeline as I was travelling to and from London, Chris was really efficient, helpful and friendly and we are really happy with the property we’ve found through them.

I have rented from Umega for a year now and I am honestly so grateful for the help and professionalism of this company. Whenever I have an issue in the flat it is quickly resolved, and I mean super quick. They ensure the building is kept to a high standard by continuously having people come out to maintain the upkeep. I usually go to Georgia whenever I have a concern as she is amazing at her job and is always quick to seek a resolution. She is incredibly friendly and a true credit to her team.

Umega has been our letting agency for over a year now and can say that we've had quite positive experiences. Prompt responses and gets things done quickly. Courtney undertook our recent flat inspection and was so lovely. Explained everything clearly and actioned a couple of things needing done. Great service!
