Umega Lettings are leading the way in terms of what a great letting agent is, raising standards throughout our services and our properties so that others follow and standards in the industry improve. Excellent customer service. Always professional and helpful in meeting customer needs. I contacted Umega on a Monday to arrange a viewing of a flat for my son. Viewed the next day and all formalities completed in 5 days to allow my son to move in on the following Monday. All accomplished within 6 days. Fast tracking at best. Our agent Kim was wonderful and always kept in contact by phone and email ensuring that deadlines were met. A special thanks to her.

I am a new tenant with Umega, but so far everything has been totally painless. In particular (and I admit this is partially just a sign of how times have changed since I last went through the process...) I was able to complete everything between the viewing and collecting keys including the initial application, and signing the lease, online and through e-mail. That makes a big difference when you work full time! Kim and the team have been helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout the process, and I look forward to several happy years in my new flat.

We are renting for the first time after selling our property. After finding a property through Umega which suited our requirements. When we went to view the property, we were met by Eden Ritchie who was very helpful and friendly in answering our questions including those by our 10 year old daughter. Eden and Umega have continued to helpful throughout the letting application process and we look forward to moving into our new home. thank you Eden for all your help so far.

Umega lettings is one of the easiest and professional letting agents i have ever dealt with. The application and move in process was so easy and I was lucky enough to deal with Caitlin through this. Caitlin answered all my questions and really helped me settle in to my new flat with confidence. I would definitely recommend Umega and Caitlin to anyone looking to rent a property as they are a company you can trust to deliver a great service.

My husband and I have had the best experience with Umega Lettings and feel Danielle, Lauren, Caitlin and the rest of the team have been absolutely amazing through out our tenancy. We had lots of help with getting the flat and after that we could contact them anytime of the day. Not only they did help us with everything we needed but they are also the most lovely and professional that is so refreshing to come by these days! Thank you so so much!
