Rent locally on a whole are amazing to deal with and I have personally recommended friends to go through them when looking for a house . I particularly have to mention Shelley she is a star and an asset to rent locally. She always books Jobs in with all the details required to make sure any jobs are completed both for myself and the tenants promptly. Payments are always completed on time if not before and it’s always been a pleasure to deal with all the staff

I always recommend RentLocally to all my friends looking for renting out in Edinburgh, but I got super excited when I found out Daniil has joined the Property Management team last year. Daniil has got integrity and is very efficient when tackling even the hardest issues to resolve - he is putting his heart and soul into finding a fast solution that would benefit everyone. Now I have even more reasons to recommend RentLocally - amazing job!

I'm very impressed with the new property maintenance manager at RentLocally Daniil Craciun. There was an ongoing issue in one of my properties which had been very badly handled last year by other staff and as soon as Daniil was aware of the outstanding issues he contacted me, actioned and resolved it to my satisfaction. Having used the company since 2016 I've noticed an improvement in the professionalism and service in more recent times. I'm a happier customer and would recommend the company as a letting agent.

Having had bad experiences with letting agents in the past, I have been really pleasantly surprised with RentLocally. We found their service professional and courteous throughout. After searching for months and months for somewhere to live, we were so delighted to come across RentLocally. Jacqui Richardson was a phenomenal help to us, and we're so grateful to her for going above and beyond to help us to find, and settle into, our new home. The flat is just great : It was in a fantastic condition when we moved in - cleaned and set up to a very professional standard. Jacqui was so accommodating, even coming to my work to drop off the keys! Jacqui continues to be a great contact, replying promptly to any messages we send across. We couldn't recommend RentLocally enough - thank you all so much!

I would like to recommend a very very very helpful manager Ms Jacqui. Richardson.  Not only helping people get the new flat, but been continuing helping me sort many things out during my tendency.

Liz is an absolutely fantastic property manager and couldn’t have been more helpful or kind to our family in the time we rented with RentLocally. She really went above and beyond in making everything work out for us. Generally, the maintenance team were helpful and relatively quick at repairing things.
