I simply cannot speak highly enough of David at ESPC. He helped us get the best possible deal for a two-part mortgage, and as a first-time buyer myself it was invaluable to have someone like him helping us through the process from the start. Throughout he was extremely communicative and genuinely cares about his clients, and went above and beyond when our buyers caused a delay (and a LOT of stress). The next time we move etc. we will be back and I cannot recommend his services enough.

Paul Demarco at ESPC helped us arrange our mortgage when buying our first home several years ago and he was so good we have been back to him twice since. He has always been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient, anticipated our individual needs and found us some good deals. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with the Re-mortgage service provided by Peter McGregor, extremely personable and understanding, he took the time to fully listen to my needs and carefully explain all areas fully.  Did not use any jargon, a pleasure to deal with.  Recommended to others and will definitely use his services again when required. Thanks Peter!

We have bought with ESPC twice now - both times with Paul DeMarco - and have had nothing but positive experiences. Paul is a real gentleman who seems to really care about his clients, and he clearly understands the market very well. On both occasions Paul has secured us mortgages with very favourable interest rates, and checked in with us when the term was up, to help us consider our options. We also recommended Paul to friends, who were very pleased with his services in buying their house.

ESPC has taken the stress out of finding and securing a mortgage with our slightly complicated circumstances (stipend funding and contract employment). I would highly recommend Paul, and ESPC, to anyone looking to buy.

Very pleased with the service we received from Paul DeMarco. Paul is a gentleman and knows the markets inside out. He was very helpful from start to finish. The whole mortgage process was a breeze thanks to Paul. We would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage to use Paul's services. He's worth every penny of the fee.
