I would highly recommend Annan estate agents and their solicitors team when selling  my property. We originally had our house on the market for 9 months with another estate agent and decided to switch to Annan based on a recommendation from friends and family and their record of sales in the area. They managed to sell our property within weeks and helped us purchase our new family home. I cannot thank them enough. They took care of everything. Michael Annan and his team was available to help us evening and weekends and pick up the out of hour viewing requests and responded immediately to viewing enquires. The level of service was second to none! You will not find another estate agent like them.

I highly recommend Annan to anyone looking to either sell or buy a property. Michael and Fraser’s level of communication throughout the whole process of first buying and then selling our own property was second to none. We were provided with useful insight into the market conditions which enabled us to make a swift decision when both purchasing and selling. They are true professionals at what they do and following our recent experience, I would definitely partner with Annan again in the future.

Received excellent service and super happy with outcome! We got ready for listing our property in the run up to Christmas 2022 - not the preferred period of time in the year but nevertheless we were ready to go. We discussed selling options with a number of other estate agencies and solicitors but Annan came out on top, offering by far the best service. And they did not disappoint! Fraser and Calum were a fantastic duo from the Annan team to  guide us through the process to get the property listed. Property went on the market on 11 January and by Burns` Night we accepted a great offer. From there their solicitor team got our  sales process sorted without a glitch; everything went smoothly and we are very happy with this experience. We would highly recommend Annan to anyone buying or selling. We will definitely be calling them again in the future. Thank you!

Fraser came to value my property and spent time going through the process with me, he was a really helpful guy who made me feel at ease with the whole process.  Calum was in contact with me through the whole sale answering emails and queries even on his day off!  Very professional guys who secured a sale for me in 12 days. If I was in a position again to be selling a property I would definitely use Annan's again.  Service from start to finish was amazing.

Selling a flat in Scotland from 470 miles away was daunting. Received invaluable advice and the selling part went very smoothly. Extremely grateful to Calum who went above and beyond to help with difficult issues not directly related to selling the flat!

We used Annans to sell our house last year and I have to say we were delighted with their service Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to help and nothing was too much bother Michael the owner in particular was amazing. He helped not only get us a great price but with emergency building work we needed done. We were very impressed with their local knowledge and helpful attitude. Absolutely terrible experience with Annan. The property we were renting was covered in mould which subsequently ruined a lot of our belongings and took a toll on our health. We have emailed several times and stating that we wanted to make a formal complaint with no formal reply. We have been continuously ignored and had a rude email from the owner Michael, who accused our lifestyle of being the cause of the mould. Terrible customer service.

I cannot thank the team at Annan enough for making my life so much easier whilst letting my property and eventually selling. Not only do the team get things done quickly and efficiently, they do it with that extra bit of attention that makes you feel like you are their most important client. The whole team are so warm and friendly and very easy to contact. Over the last four years I have had dealt with most if not all of the team in some way or another and I always receive the best advice and tips. During the selling stage I was advised on ways to make my property market ready, within my budget, and Annan took care of everything from the marketing, photos which looked amazing and legal aspects. Absolutely seamless process - I can't thank you all enough! Highly recommend Annan for both letting and buying/selling. Stellar service!

I have just sold my house with Annan Estate agents & was very pleased with the service they provided. Blair & Julie were very helpful & knowledgeable & kept me right on track & made the selling process so easy & stress free. I will definitely keep Annan in mind for any future dealings me or my family may have regarding buying or selling future properties.

Never had an experience like the one with this company. Fortunately never got to the stage of agreeing to sell my house, I never went ahead after hearing horror stories from my friends. This prompted me to ask some questions, none of which were answered how I would expect. All I would say is watch very closely if you are selling or renting with them - the solicitor I am now using says the owner Michael Annan is infamous in their business for the way he works. Will say one thing then do another.
