Stay Away from this estate agency ! Many times in one year, I fougth with them to get repair in my flat... I kept 2 times rent to get someone... I waited 5 months for my living room heater (It was broken when I took flat)... So unprofessional agent !

I can't recommend Blair and his team at Annan highly enough! I found my dream home before my flat was on the market, and it sold within 6 working days, with impeccable support, and everything was able to move into conveyancing within 2weeks of my first contact with Blair!

I cannot thank the team at Annan enough for making my life so much easier whilst letting my property (and eventually selling). Not only do the team get things done quickly and efficiently, they do it with that extra bit of attention that makes you feel like you are their most important client. The whole team are so warm and friendly and very easy to contact. Over the last four years I have had dealt with most (if not all) of the team in some way or another and I always receive the best advice and tips. During the selling stage I was advised on ways to make my property market ready, within my budget, and Annan took care of everything from the marketing, photos (which looked amazing) and legal aspects. Absolutely seamless process - I can't thank you all enough! Highly recommend Annan for both letting and buying/selling. Stellar service!

Never had an experience like the one with this company. Fortunately never got to the stage of agreeing to sell my house, I never went ahead after hearing horror stories from my friends. This prompted me to ask some questions, none of which were answered how I would expect. All I would say is watch very closely if you are selling or renting with them - the solicitor I am now using says the owner Michael Annan is infamous in their business for the way he works. Will say one thing then do another.

We have recently sold our flat with Annan Solicitors and Estate Agents. The process was easy ,straight forward and within 10 days we have received 3 offers, all over the home report. Most importantly theire costs were extremely competitive.
I highly recommend Annans to all who want to sell property seamlessly and without unnecessary stress.
