Great gym for PT sessions. I'd never been to this gym before meeting my PT Alison. From the outside it looks tiny,  and you can't tell what it looks like inside. But when you go in there is a surprising amount of space and equipment to use. The studio is the perfect size for group sessions. The lighting in he studio isn't too bright and makes me feel comfortable in there. When working out with Alison we use a good range of quality equipment. She is a very good PT (I do partner PT with a friend), personalising my fitness schedule to suit our goals, injuries and abilities and I'd definitely recommend Alison and Ultimate Results!

Brilliant gym with great classes and very friendly helpful staff. No nonsense place not overcrowded

The gym is now shut down, another gym has opened up few stores Down.

Good gym. I like the fact they have lots of free classes in the evening. This is ideal for me because the workouts look intense and so I don't have to join a boxing club to find that level of workout.
