If you want to burn some calories and get fit then Jerry is definitely the person to help you achieve your goals! I always feel motivated to push myself beyond my comfort zone and have a great time doing it. Jerry is enthusiastic and knowledgeable and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. I feel fitter and healthier than I have done in years! In 6 weeks I lost 14kg while still gaining muscle mass. Thanks Jerry.

I've been going to SAS Gym now for 3 years now and all the trainers have always been approachable and helpful throughout my time there. I've been by Jerry East during my time here and both have pushed me to my limits, encouraged me to break them and help me train better than ever before. His ABC and GVT programs are amazing... worth even penny. The group sessions have done wonders for me as well. I needed to lose weight and through their attitudes in helping me and nutritional knowledge have made a big difference. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone... Any age, any sex, any skill and ability.

Was in town for a couple of weeks and offered me a great price I couldn't get anywhere else. The weights and machines are great for the price.
