Really angry been going for about 7 months now ,and the biggest problame seems to be timing now everytime we book the basketball court we have to wait 10 mins for them to dismantle the badminton, so we are losing time already and they still expect us to leave with having just 50 mins of play! There is a staff member with dark curly hair who talked to me and my friends like absolute dirt! I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me, but I will make sure she gets dealt with they are not replying with there email so I guess I will have to go higher up!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. 

Cannot tell the difference between BASKETBALL and BADMINTON! 

Booked a basketball session, however they booked me into a "MEMBERS ONLY" badminton session despite me not being a member. And to make matters worse, they advertise falsely on their website. They claim to shut at 11 when in reality they do "cleaning" between and 10-11 so the website should read, "Close at 10." Very disappointed as have travelled a long distance and booked in advance only to be met by incompetence from the member of staff who booked me in. Not a representation of everyone at the gym, but understandably a frustrating chain of events.

Great on service and friendly staff members. Good place for Badminton. Gym is quite ordinary.
