I just want to say a massive thank you to each and everyone of the team that make Stackhouse so special. What a lovely place full of supportive people. I thoroughly recommend stackhouse to any young men & women seeking to build purpose and resilience in their lives. Having to move away due to personal circumstances, I thoroughly recommend anyone to join this gym. Shoutout to the entire team. James who is so motivating. And of course Jacob Hicks - my amazing PT. Very happy at this gym, friendly team who run it. Well laid out equipment. Certainly a community feel here and good choice of membership options.

Very friendly and helpful staff, everything you need, quality equipment. It’s a great gym - only reason why 4 stars is the lockers seem to be out of order now and again. But other than that, you can’t go wrong.

This gym is well equipped with cardio, resistance and free weights. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. There are a variety of membership options which is good if you dont want to be tied into a contract. The gym, changing rooms and equipment are clean. There is a separate room with small boxing ring and punch bags. I tend to use gyms at off peak times so I can't really say how busy it is in evenings, but in the times I use the gym I have never had a problem getting on equipment I wanted to use. Overall a decent chilled out gym ‍

I have been a member of Stackhouse Rayleigh and Westcliff for 3 years. Both have a great range of equipment, brilliant atmosphere and the staff are awesome. I also have sports therapy with The Warren Clinic at Westcliff Stack House and would always recommend both gyms! :

Music a bit too loud for me, also quite a small gym...can get busy and feel like people are on top of you.

Been here quite a few times its not great tbh, small and extremely overpriced there is much better gyms in southend also much cheaper, not even a water fountain! However they will fill up your bottle for you but with warm water... toilets unclean and always smell, handryers don't work either but there is hairdryers so maybe use them instead lol.

We love this gym. Best in Southend. The whole set up is great. Staff are so friendly, the spirit of the place is great. If you are looking for a seriously good gym with serious people, who come there to train hard, this is the place.

Good gym..lots of equipment .. competitively priced.
