MARK the so called estate agent. Is a threatening thug. Telling my wife to move into a hotel and put furniture into storage. Telling the new owner of the house that he has contacted a solicitor. NOT AND I REPEAT NOT keeping us informed on the sale of the house. This will be going further. MARK can not treat people like this and think he will get away with it.

Arranged to pick up keys with Lauren to view a property, when i went in they declared it was for yesterday (Tuesday) at 12.30 and the keys were not here now, considering i rang at 12.09 on Tuesday to book for wednesday that was definitely wrong, she did not even apologize. When i rang later the manager - Jill immediately started off in a cheeky voice 'are you ringing to complain about a member of my staff when we were doing you a favour' needless to say i would not do business with the Ballyclare which is a pity for the vendors of the house which i was very interested in.
