First of all, the lady on the phone was lovely. Polite and professional.
The driver on the other hand. I am supporting a vulnerable adult and the driver sets off before his  belt is fastened. Speed limits do not apply to him and other traffic on the road appears to be an annoyance and in his way. When we arrive I check the price with him and get attitude. Obviously, now we have arrived I am in his way also. I am a driver myself. This guy is a proper pratt. I would not use them again and would recommend no one else does.

Not too bad know most drivers as im a regular customer but i hate it when they send me new drivers.

Always on time and cheaper then other taxi companies however a guy in the Black Volkswagen Touran  was super slow he went 30mph in 40 zones and then in 50mph cones he was just below 40 it's really bad even on motorway he was slow I was late for work because of him!
