Absolutely brilliant service from Royal Taxis after my girlfriend left one of bags in the car after getting out at Blackburn station enroute to Manchester airport. Driver managed to get to her just as her train pulled in. What a superstar. I've been using Royal for a few months now, always on time, great prices. Friendly drivers. Absolutely shocking. Had to wait 45 min in the freezing cold, rang 4 times only to be told it was on its way then when it did finally arrive, the driver tried charging me more than what the operator said it was. Avoid!
The way there was not the price they wanted on the way back, exact same route. 2.50 difference, ooops not going with you again, i only broke my arm, not my brain!!!

Cars in the garage, hate booking taxis due to my experience today. Booked the night before for 8.30am, no show. Called at 8.40am, fobbed off, will be there in 5. No show. Called at 8.50am and stressed, will be 5 mins. Didn't show till 9am. Always lied to, great way to start a day. Cars back tomorrow!Service: Limousines
1st time using quick, reliable and friendly
Extremely poor telephone mannerism. Very unprofessional and rude over the phone. The driver picks me up and again didn't act professional. He asked me to show him the way to my destination. Usually mini cabs have all these gadgets inside them but this cab had literally nothing I told him I don't know the way and said surely you have a sat nav - he pulls out his personal phone and then doesn't even have a phone holder. So he's holding the phone in 1 hand and driving . Then kept the phone on the seat and kept looking over . Once he got me to my destination he wanted to charge me an extra £10! When I said no he started saying its a long fare and he needs the extra £10. I refused and said go and ask his colleague in the office what the price was and that's all I am paying . Nothing more ! I have always thought of Arcade as the best taxi firm in Blackburn. Unfortunately on Saturday evening, I had a car booked, that may or may have not appeared in Belthorn. I was waiting inside the pub until the appointed time. No car. Told that the driver had not seen a customer after 10 minutes and gone back to base. Was refused a new taxi. Do not use.
