Ordered taxi a few times from here- ALWAYS late. No apology. Ordered taxi hours in advance to ensure I would be on time for my daughters nursery pick up and was guaranteed it would be on time but it was late AGAIN. Horrible service. Do not use!!!

Used them to go to King George's Hall. Driver arrived on time and the taxi was spotless and the price reasonable. Recommended.

Beware of this company, their drivers don't know what a meter is and just make up what the fare is. Used them while visiting the area, these guys are what is wrong with this country. Everyone out to rip off everyone else.

Extortionate fare in a dishonest way. Taxi from Northcote Manor to Eaves Hall, a sub 15 min journey, at 6.30pm. Taxi driver said fare was £30 and this was clearly very expensive for a short journey. He immediately said £25. We wanted to get into the wedding so paid. On the way home we used another Taxi service, who charged us £12 for the same journey, at 1am. That's a dishonest and exploitative way to make a living. On calling the Taxi office, the response was, that's their fares and they would "put a complaint in" about the original £30 request. These are on the list for Northcote Manor as a recommended Taxi service, so be wary. I have informed Northcote who seemed to think that was a high fair. Certainly avoid.

Yet another so called private hire company whose drivers don't like driving in two inches of snow. Absolutely PATHETIC

I would not recommend this form. I booked a taxi for 4.20 and the taxi did not arrive. Rang the office up and they were rude and told me they had no drivers. What a joke of a firm

We used this company on Friday Night for a return trip to a family wedding between Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh and Mitton Hall. Drivers are very friendly, turned up on time and know the area well, but I feel they took advantage of my family in the early hours of the morning. We ordered a minibus for the trip between our hotel and Mitton Hall as there were 5 of us. The driver arrived early and waited for us. Very friendly driver and charged us the pre-agreed price of £30. We then booked a minibus for the return trip with the driver for 1am as there would be 7 of us travelling back. No problems on this journey. Called at 00:30 to confirm the minibus for 1am and was advised that the minibus was confirmed for 1am. Received a call at 00:46 to advise that the taxi had arrived. I went outside to speak with the driver and it was a normal taxi car. I told the driver that we had ordered a minibus for 1am and he advised that another car would be on its way. Come 1am, the second taxi had not arrived and the driver advised that he would only send for the second taxi after he had set off. So 4 of us got into the taxi and the driver arranged for the second taxi. He then charged us £38.50 for this journey. When the other 3 family members got back to the hotel, they advised us that the second car was in fact the minibus that we had ordered and he only charged them about £22. The driver was really friendly with my family but I do feel that this was a bit of a scam and they have taken advantage of me for £38.50 for a taxi that I hadn't ordered. My best guess is that the taxi had arrived for someone else who didnt show and so he has tricked me into getting in his taxi. Looking back, I should have demanded that we got the minibus that we had ordered but we had young children with us that we needed to get back to our hotel and so couldn't risk being stranded.
