Matrix Taxis Blackburn

Needed to get taxi as I was unable to drive. Both times came on eta and were very friendly and well priced. They even text on arrival and give details of car and reg which is great. Will definitely recommend to friends/family :

Really great service from the phone staff managed to get me a cab in 15 mins, when no other cab company in Blackburn could get me a cab for over and hour… really nice professional driver, clean mini bus, and a friendly service all round, would definitely recommend.

Oh dear. Booked a returned trip . Out at 6pm to return at 10pm. Checked that afternoon to reconfirm the booking and was verbally assured everything ok. Mini bus duly turned up at 6pm and when l offered to pay for the whole return trip the bombshell was dropped. ' We don't operate after 8pm.'. Why did you let me book and let me down at the last possible moment. At least the mini bus driver gave me a rival company's number. City cars - who l will recommendService: Limousines

I had a really good, timely journey. Driver was friendly and helped me with moving my heavy suitcase. This was my second ride with this company and I highly suggest them for Blackburn travel

Used many times and great service drivers always nice and professional from my experience. 1 star taken off as taxi never showed up one time when I requested a taxi, however other times have been good experiences.
